An Arts in Health workshop
Stress Relief & Well-being Through Writing
Practical techniques to manage stress and build resilience, through words.
Participants explore how journaling, narrative writing, and reflective practice can ease pressure, cultivate mindfulness, and strengthen connection with coworkers.
Like every Hiveworks session, the focus is self-expression, not craft — no prior writing experience needed, and nothing anyone has to share aloud.
